MMC-360 ROTARY WIRELESS COUNTER

Description

The MMC-360 is a wireless rotary counter from the MoldMaker system, designed for counting machine shaft rotations or measuring the length of produced tape, strip, or continuous material. It is used wherever the final production result should be measured as a length of manufactured material or as the number of completed rotations, for example to support preventive maintenance reminders.

The counter is equipped with a round aluminium housing with an external M12 thread on the rear side. It is mounted on the horizontal axis of the machine by screwing it into a threaded hole located in the shaft axis. The housing rotates together with the machine shaft, while the counter mechanism inside remains stationary and counts the rotations.

The number of rotations is converted into metres or kilometres with an accuracy of up to 4 decimal places. The rounded total distance is transmitted wirelessly to the MoldMaker system and assigned to the relevant machine. The conversion from rotations to length is calculated based on the shaft circumference.
