OPERATOR PANEL WITH SIGNAL LIGHT

Description

Peripheral device integrated with the MoldMaker system equipped with a signaling column.

The panel is mounted next to the machine in the workplace of the machine operator. Using the Panel, the operator may report various production events such as: calling the foreman, reporting the lack of raw material, reporting a mold failure or injection machine failure, or others. Possible events are configured depending on the needs of the company. One of the most important functions is the reporting of production scrap, thanks to which there is control and a record of the causes of scrap. The Panel shows the current working status of the mold, counter value, temperature, service reminders and other events.

The column is mounted in a visible place on top of the machine. Using colors, it visualizes the current, system-compliant status of the tool running on the machine. GREEN color – OK status, YELLOW color – event reported by the operator, RED color – NOK status (defined in the settings). The column also visualizes other events coming from the system, e.g.: schedule exceeded, temperature exceeded, disassembly alarm, service request and others.
